Yoga has a lot of exercises that you can do when you are pregnant.Visit any of the yoga websites, it will help. I would say you should do a lot of deep breathing and atleast 15 minutes of meditation.

Any type of aerobic exercise is beneficial as long as you keep it low impact and do not do any isolated stomach exercises. I just did some modified aerobic workout videos I had and walked outside with my dogs as often as I could. I weighed the same after birth as I did before!
