Invented by the military, it's not centrally stationed, it's on servers all over the world, website masters and owners

The internet started as a library project and soon spread as businesses and companies started to use the servers as well as the libraries. No, Al Gore did not invent the library. There really isn't any one person or organization that controls the internet. It is mainly run by owners of servers. The only thing that is regulated is, of course content and web names.
