I don't know how feasible it is, but a small fan may cause enough air flow to at least lessen the density of the fog at the ground level.
Fog is a result of pockets of moisture settling in stagnant air so if you can find a way to heat up the air so the moisture evaporates, or you can find a way to increase air flow artificially, you could lessen the fog around your yard.
Honestly though, its just the weather in your area. If you find a way to consistantly control the weather, quit Y! Answers, go to a patent office and become a rich man.

If you tie a string from your backdoor to the car's bumper, you will be able to find your car no matter how thick the fog is. Simply follow the string! Or you could try spraying the outdoors with a de-mister, but it would be rather expensive.

Deary, deary me.....don't you know that fog and mist is a product of the natural elements???
these elements are known as "precipitation" - dew, rain and snow are three more.

Just move your car to the living room, or is the fog in there too?

Why do you want to see your car from your window anyway? Are you missing it or do have some stolen loot in the boot?

Industrial search lights or a flare aught to do it, a flame thrower will do the job but you might singe carol singers.
