Regarding my previous question (see below), how soon after implantation can I test for pregnancy?

(I am 9 days past my ovulation and I had notice brownish spotting and also a lot of yellowish vaginal discharge. I am taking progesterone suppl which might cause the discharge, but it seems little different then previously. I also have very sore breast and bad cramps and abdominal pain...)

I personally wouldn't take a test until you are a day late. The tests that you can take up to 5 days before a missed period aren't as accurate as the tests you take when you are at least a day late, and it does say that on the box. They can be very disappointing. They can come up negative when you are actually pregnant, and do all the time. When you go buy a test, also, be sure that you buy one with 25 MIU's or MUI's (I can't remember), that means it is the most sensitive test.

Good luck!
