Drag and drop, or cut and paste using explorer.
BUT, read the manual, you have to put things in the correct place or they won't read.
I think that you create a folder on the PSP memory stick called psp, then under that you create a folder called music, and put your music tracks there, one called photo and put your photos there etc.
I think the you can have sub-folders for playlists as well. It's all in the manual.

When you plug in the cable, one end to a USB port on your computer, and one end to the slot on the top of your PSP, start up the PSP and make sure no games load so you go to the main screen. Press left repeatedly until you're at the options, and scroll up until you see "USB connection". Select that and press (x). a folder should now be recognised on your computer. open that folder, and find the "music" subfolder for music (the other options are self explanatory) and drag/drop or copy paste the files you want to move, into the right folders. You can even copy folders directly into music or movie for example, and you can then seperate your music or movies. I believe also that if there is a picture image inside one of the folders, the folder on your psp will also have a miniature picture of that on it for easy identifying.

Hope this helps ^^

First, Format the memory stick. Second, make sure everything is in the right space. Music in Music, Photos in Photos, and Movies have to be MPEG-4 inside the M4V0000 Folder. That is all.

What FIRMWARE do you have and what are you trying to download?
