Play a version of "Jepordy" with church or Bible-related questions. By "Church" I mean things like
When was {your church's name} founded?
When was the social hall added?
What senior minister appeared in a polyester leisure suit in 1978?
and so on.
Have the teens make up the questions, too. That will insure "buy-in" and take up anhour.

The senior high youth pastor at my church did this one crazy game at the end of youth group one night... Cell phone shoot out. You get the cell phone numbers of all the students in the group and randomly select several numbers. Then, using an overhead, show the number for about 10 seconds. The first person to get through to each number wins! (He said he picked it up at a youth conference in SoCal.)
A variation I know of: Secretly assign the students to groups -try to keep them from discussing which group they're in. Put each group in a different room with a phone or cell phone. Give each group a list of the room numbers/letters and the number of people in that room. On each call they can only ask one yes/no question and no names can be used. Whichever group gets the participants of the other groups right first wins.
Non-phone related game:
Sundae Craze
Get a bunch of ice cream and sundae toppings (maybe have students bring them, assigned by last name or something). Have them create their dream sundaes, before they sit down to eat, assign them in pairs. (You're going to want to have trash bags and an easy-to-clean floor.) Have them lie down, head to head, put trash bags over their clothes (or not!) and have them try to feed their partner the sundae without looking!

There is not many Flash games that are suitable.
But I can tell you that the following CONSOLE games are quite good fun particularly for groups, and are I've seen some played at church groups, Please note that you need the required amount of controllers for that game, usually four. (N64 Nintendo 64, GC Nintendo Game Cube, Wii Nintendo Wii, PS1 Playstation 1, PS2 Playstation 2, X-box Microsoft X-box)
Mario Kart Series. (SNES, N64, GC - Up to 4 at any one time on the same console.) Fun Kart/ Driving game, Several racing Modes available, a battle mode is available.
Super Smash Bros. (N64) Super Smash Bros. Melee (GC) Fighting game with Nintendo "All-Stars" (Lot's of Nintendo owned Character's The Famous 4 are: Mario, Zelda's Link, Kirby, and Pokémon's Pikachu). It's very much fun to play, and all but a few modes every one can't die, as they re appear a few seconds later. A option allows a one or more character/player to form a team. but the game is limited to 4 characters on at any one time.
Super Monkey Ball Series (GC, PS2, X-box, Wii) (NOT Monkey Ball Adventure) - Lots of Minigames as well as several race modes, 4 players may be supported depending on console, and accessories.
Bomberman Series (Many, Noticeable PS2 as Bomberman Hardball and Wii's Virtual Console as Bomberman '93 with 5 players (requires GC pad's plus Wii)) - Fun bomb laying Multiplayer.
