no joke people i need to know what to do i fell off my bike into a park bench and i think both my balls have been burst squished what ever i need advice on what to do i have no time for perfetic people taking the piss i really do need to know what to do please help

If you really squished the twins...you would have never gotten up from the bench. EMS would have come to get you...and they would have been laugh theirs off...
If you hurt yourself go to the Doctor..

okay as far as i know ...but may b im not sure so not gonna remark alot on that one....never heard or saw a situation like that one before....but i think if u get ur balls completely gone...like u said squished....there is no survival to that because the pain and the intense uncomfortable feeling would never let a normal human being be alive more than 24 hours... or lets 2days.....thats the maximum i can think of....but still if there is a position ur in is kinda bit different then there is one word i would say go consult with ur physician immidiately as soon as possible ..so u can figure out what he or shes gonna recommend a surgery or any external solutions!

i got in a motor bike hit a van my balls got as big as a hardsoft ball 1 went down and they had to take out the other one
my balls hit the tank on the bike and the bike hit the tire of the van come back put a dent tank of the bike it took them over 30 day before they took it out it hurt realy bad

****! that must hurt. go see a doctor right away! whatever u do, dont go to the ER. call the ambulance. because if u go to the E.R ull b waiting there for like 2 hours. i had a really bad atsma atack, and they kept me in there for 2 hours. but iff u call the ambulance, u get rushed in right away. GOOD LUCK!!!

I think if the blow had been grave now you wouldn't have been here to ask for it even!
Check your testicles with calm... handling them with the fingers.
Is their structure all ok?
Are them still hurting?
Do they get some dark sign or scar?
If not, get a wa.nk even, otherwise go in the hospital as soon as possible.

I used to bust mine all the time, Very painful but you should be ok unless the pain continues for more than 30 minutes or they swell up.
