First of all, diabetes probably isn't likely because that would cause production of large amounts of urine, not simply the need to void often in small amounts -- and you would be thirsty all the time.

It's possible that you have an infection, or simply an "overactive bladder". This could be a muscle problem with your bladder, or it could be that an infection or something else in your system is causing irritation to the lining of your bladder, so that it constantly feels full even though it really isn't. A doctor could help you sort out some of the different possible causes of this. But in the meantime, the best thing you can do for yourself is to drink MORE water -- it sounds crazy, I know, but drinking a lot of water will help to "flush out" whatever is irritating your bladder (whether it's an infection or something else), and the extra urine production will also help your bladder to stretch out a little bit and get used to holding more. Just stop drinking a couple of hours before bedtime, but make sure you drink plenty of water before then, and you should do better! It's also possible that you just have a somewhat smaller bladder than normal and will always have to get up and pee during the night (I do too), but you should at least be able to get it down to 1 or 2 times a night, not 5.

It could be a UTI. Then, sometimes if you have just gotten over a UTI like a few months ago, it takes time to really heal and you may pee more than normal even with clean urine. Less likely but possible causes are diabetes, pregnancy, or a bladder structural problem/weak bladder.

Sounds like you got a bladder infection which is pretty normal among women. Drink plenty of cranberry juice and water to flush out the bacteria. If the symptoms persist, go the the doctor and get some antibiotics.

It could be one of two things, a leaky bladder or diabetes. Try some pelvic floor exercises and if that doesn't help, go to the doctor.
