Does anybody know what I could use to clean the inside of my water cooler besides bleach. I'm looking for non-toxic cleaners.

Vinegar or water and baking soda will do a good job.

Grapefruit seed extract. It makes a fine natural cleaner when mixed with water. You will also find many other uses for it.

you can use some bakingsoda to clean it out . leave the bakingsoda in it for a while to soak up any odors and then use a hot wet rag and wipe it out

You can use vinegar. 1/2 cup should do it and rinse well this will kill most molds etc.

let baking soda sit in it to kill the odor(s) and then just spray it out with a hose or something

boil some vinegar and run it through. rinse it VERY well, and yes, it will stink for a bit.
