Eat yogurt daily...the natural cultures in it will help prevent against yeast. Also wear 100% cotton underware ~ nothing synthetic. Change panties daily or twice a day if you're really worried. Do NOT douche as that wipes out all organisms, the good and the bad and it puts you at more risk of getting a yeast infection.

Try eating yogurt once a day. The live culture in the yogurt counteracts the yeast that grows. Flavor does not matter. Hopefully this will help you I know how frusterating yeast can be!
Good luck!

Watch your diet. Foods high in sugar, lots of pastas and breads are known to contribute to yeast infections. Keep yourself clean, maybe use feminine wipes instead of tissue. Keep yourself dry, moisture contributes to yeast-like environment.

Don't wear any underwear. The extra oxygen and air and lowered temperatures of that area help.

Eat a cup of yougart every day too.

Eat lots of yogurt....something about it keeps them away and actually helps make them go away if you get one. I've never had one, but I've talked to lots of women who said this was a sure fire way to prevent and heal.
