Ok, here goes the soapbox:
The earth will continue to be destroyed by thousands of coal-fired power plants that spew out dangerous air pollutants that affect both human health and the atmosphere's ozone.
The earth will continue to be destoryed by people who destroy trees and the rainforest so that they can build cities.
The earth will continue to have polluted waters and killed sea life by companies that insist that by putting their trash into the ocean does no harm.
The earth will continue to burn up because of the greenhouse effect.
The earth will be destroyed by the numerous policitiicians that promote drilling in Alaska for oil, while there is plenty of shale we could use for gasoline.
Finally, the earth will keep fighting to survive....as we keep destroying it.

Death of polar bears, for one. The arctic is confirmed melting and they can't hunt without the ice packs. They can't find each other to mate either. I have a friend in Canada who says they come into the towns looking for food and are getting shot.

Probably our ice caps are melted even more, causing the world's ocean to rise- due to Global Warming. So we probably would have a higher sea level. I don't know if it'll continue...?

Human will slowly destroy it and we will all come closer to death. Oil prices will skyrocket. Wars will get more and more violent and disaterous. We will continue to kill off animal life on this planet.

The sun would get overheated and there would be no sun/light. BUt we could get another sun. Right now another sun is devoleping now. And when the first sun is out of engery there would be already a new one. =-)

some country with nuclear weapons will get fed up with life and use the nuclear weapons to bomb the whole world so that everyone dies.
