Not through the web-mail. If you use Outlook for mail, go to options and select Request Read receipt. You may get nothing if receipient web mail strips the reply.

There should be an option in your email program called "Request Delivery Receipt" or "Read Receipt" - something like that. Turn that on and send the email. However, many people block those and they have the option to allow a receipt to be sent to you, so they don't always work. It's really up to the person you're sending it to.

You can request a "receipt" in your email client, which will inform you if someone has read the email...
