For the same reason some Asian women prefer white men, or some black men prefer Latina women?
THERE ARE NO "SHOULDS" - it all comes down to individuals,,, It just so happens in most communities the people you associate with most happen to live/work in certain areas, and those areas of often heavily populated by specific ethnic groups-so your chances of meeting some are simply higher among the predominant group in that environment- as workplaces and neighborhoods become more diverse, so do the relationships.

Some white men prefer black women. I've dated both white women and black women. What's your point? Everybody has a preference.

I have noticed this trend myself.Mostly for where i live the black men pick up really fat white women.I think the white women have low self esteem and the black men sometimes take advantage of the situation.I have also learnt that there is a secret rank amongst white women to have mixed babies.It sounds stupid but thats what i have seen here .Also to me the black men can get along easier with white women because black women are fed up of black men going to jail and leaving them with a ton of kids so they dont date as many black men.Thus leaving the market open for white women.

It is a matter of taste.
You cannot dispute that.
I am a white dude and prefer people of a different skin color.
So it is not only women who have that taste:us dudes too.

woman tho they deny it seem to love "bad boys" over "nice guys" and many black men have a bad boy image
plus there is the stereotype of how god blessed them lol
