The easiest way to do this is to look for data on top performing CTA's (Commodity Trading Advisor). And the easiest way to access this information is through Futures Magazine, which will periodically have an article on top CTA's.

For example, here is some data they have provided on the monthy returns of several CTA's for the month of September:

Less than $10 million under management
1. Cytrade Financial (Diversified) +34.75%
2. Heyden & Steindl (TOMAC2) +20.27%
3. Heyden & Steindl (TOMAC 2 RR) +20.13%
4. Brickburn Asset Mgmt +18.00%
5. Barbashop LLC +16.39%

From this data you should be able to easily search the name of the CTA online to find their website.
