Is it true that if you play a Ps2 game on the Ps3 it will enhance graphics to make it look better than the ps2.

No, because the game itself cannot support the graphics of Ps3 as it wasn't made for these capacities. The 3-gen console can only play the ps2 games as if it were a ps2....

Yes because Ps2 does not have the graphics like the PS3 so the PS3 will enhance it.

Not completely true. Some games can actually turn out looking WORSE on the PS3 then they did on the PS2 just because of the different game engines.

ps3 can definately play ps2 cds that too with better graphics
