I'm going shopping for a new outfits for my 11 year old daughter for christmas. She is currently wearing a size 14/16 in the girls section. I want to buy the outfit a little large so she can get some wear out of it. In the Juniors' section what is the next size she will be wearing? I don't want to take her with me because I want the gift to be a surprise. She has already seen everything else she is getting and I don't want her to see the clothes until christmas morning. Anyone know the size that comes after girls 14/16?

I honestly don't think it's a size zero. She's tall for her age and has a big butt that she inherited from her dad. In shoes she is wearing a size 6 in women's if that info helps.

She's also kind of chubby. Kind of like Raven before she gained too much weight. She is past the training bra size and I fear she is definetly filling out early, but I was the same way.

Her dad's 6'4" and I'm 5'10", so she's going to be a big girl.

She would be in a Junior's 1 or a Woman's 2. When I wore in between size 1 and 2 I could still fit in 14-16 in girls. With the exception of the 1 and 2 actually fitting my hips and butt and having a smaller waist and a bit longer legs. The measurements for a girls 14, the hips are the same as a juniors/woman's size 1, if you want a little extra room and if she's curvy try a 2.

Not a 0, 00, 6 or 8. Size 1 or 2.

I would go for a 3 to fit right now and a 5 to fit later. I wear a 3/5 depending on brand and can wear 14/16 in girls!
