Do you want a good school or do you want an on-line school. They are mutually exclusive.
ENgineering is a very practical degree. If you go to a good university and get an engineering degree, you will have multiple offers.
If you get your degree on-line, you will have employers laugh at you.

For this specialized type of program you're better of at a state school. Check out University of CA. Good luck!
