My older brother said to me yesterday "fire gives you super strength. I have been burned by fire and now I have strength of a god." I wanna have super-strength just like my brother. You think I should do it?

You are a couple of morons. Not only does fire hurt like hell when it burns you, a bad enough burn can leave you severely damaged for life.

I think you should be careful of taking your brother literally. How old are you? Fire burns - it hurts, badly!! It can kill. Do NOT try to burn yourself thinking it will give you strength or power. Your brother is fooling with you. You can learn to have the power of fire figuratively, using the power of your mind, but it takes many years and a lot of dedication. You never get physical strength, but it can give you spiritual strength.

No, but what's with this question? Anybody who is intelligent enough to find this website and type out that question would be too intelligent to ask it.

If somebody is typing for you, then no. Don't set yourself on fire. It will cause serious pain at the site of the burn and in a small radius surrounding it. For third degree burns, the most dangerous (except for the rare 4th degree burn), then pain is absent because of damage to the nerves. If your nerves have died, you could be close to death yourself, but it depends on the size and location of the burn.

That would be silly. When people say they survived trial by fire they mean that the event that changed their lives and thinking hurt like fire. Not that there was an actual fire. That would be like saying jumping off a high cliff is the fastest way down

If you think fire won't hurt you, you deserve to get burned.
