I'm having the hardest time staying asleep. I'm 11 weeks pregnant and I know waking up to go the bathroom multiple times is normal. But I'm having trouble finding a comfortable sleeping position. I'm not big at all so I can still lay on my back and stomach but I just continue to flip, toss, turn all night. Any suggestions??

Try sleeping on your side and placing a long pillow (like a body pillow) under your tummy for support. When I was carrying my twins that's the only way I could sleep comfortably.

Good luck honey...Lynn

Do you may have this obstacle the entire time? I regularly handiest sleep underneath four hours an afternoon, which is not a obstacle for me. When humans sleep at night time, they regularly handiest get two-four hours of rewarding R.E.M. (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep. The obstacle is that it regularly takes 6-10 hours for so much humans to get the ones two-four hours of R.E.M. I cross right into a R.E.M. state just about instantly, so I don't have any disorders with feeling worn out afterwards. I honestly HATE dozing. It is any such waste of time. Think approximately it: for those who sleep eight hours an afternoon, whilst you flip 30, you have got slept for 10 years of your lifestyles!!! That is rediculous!!!!

Take a couple of Benedryl. It contains antihistimine which will basically put you to sleep and when you wake up, you will feel a whole lot better.
