Alligators and crocodiles are both considered reptiles, but they are still too distantly related to produce a natural hybrid, and I doubt anyone is going to gene-splice an artificial one any time soon. If you went to a roadside zoo in Florida that claimed to have a "crocogator," it was probably a species of crocodile that looked something like an alligator, like a mugger crocodile.

I am not a expert by all means but I do believe crocs and alligators are both reptiles or both amphibians. I know there are big differences with the two yet they are a lot alike too. I think it could be done. If ligers can happen then why not this.

Hybrids between spotted owls and barred owls
Ligers and Tigons (crosses between a Lion and a Tiger) and other Panthera hybrids such as the Lijagulep. Various other wild cat crosses are known involving the Lynx, Bobcat, Leopard, Serval, etc.
Bengal cat, a cross between the Asian Leopard cat and the domestic cat, one of many hybrids between the domestic cat and wild cat species. The domestic cat, African wild cat and European wildcat may be considered variant populations of the same species (Felis silvestris), making such crosses non-hybrids.
Cama, a cross between a Camel and a Llama, also an intergeneric hybrid.
Wolphin, a fertile but very rare cross between a False Killer Whale and a Bottlenose Dolphin.
A fertile cross between an albino King Snake and an albino Corn Snake.

No, it does not appear based on this partial list that there are alligator-crocodile hybrids.

No and it is not possible. An alligator is a reptile while a crocodile is an amphibian. They are far to genetically different to inter breed.
