What would happen if one conjoined twin murdered someone, Would the other twin have to go to jail ? or what if he was sentenced to death what would happen to the innocent one
? Please let me know what you think ..

Great conundrum.

If the other twin didn't report the crime then he/she would in fact be an accessory to the crime (no pun intended) and would most likely be sentenced.

I would think, that something like a house arrest would be imposed to account for the "innocent" twin. Would be ratings gold for court TV

Why didn't the other twin try to stop the first one? He would be an accomplice and get the same sentence.
