Since I've experienced both..I'd have to say giving birth...the only thing that I would think hurts more is being run over by a mack truck over and over again for hours on end and living through it...when I got my tattoo, the guy said that all women say tats dont hurt and that men are big babies....DUH! God gave us pain tolerance to deal with child birth..and guys act like theyre gonna die if they get a little kick to the balls...give me a break...try pushing a damn golf ball outta your dickhole and then you'll be allowed to cry....

giving birth with no pain meds by FAR. getting a tattoo doesn't hurt as bad as your parents want you to think ^_^

Giving birth by far I have done both, but I did ask for the meds

birth with no pain meds 100%... i gave birth to both of my children with no meds... and i have 2 tattoos and they didn't hurt at all... :)

definitely giving birth. Tattoo pain and childbirth are not comparable. Tattoos do not hurt that damn bad.

A question from someone who has never had either. Think about it for one second--a baby weighs anywhere from 5-8 pounds, need I say more. Had both mine without meds, first one was torture, second one, not so bad.

Seriously, I don't event think that needs to be answered...
I would get a tattoo every day for the rest of my life in exchange for childbirth again..

Childbirth by far. It felt like someone was pulling my upper lip over my head. It was that painful. Natural childbirth sucks!

Well I'm living proof that you can live through both but, the tattoo hurt a hell of a lot less!!!!
