i turned 9 weeks this week and i am already showing. also i am very tired all the time. when i get up to do things around the house i sometimes get sharp back pain and some mild pain in my abdomen. is this normal? i did not do this with my son. i did not start showing with him until i was 5 months. any advice? thanks

I am 8 weeks pregnant and my nurse told me to expect to show earlier with this one than with my first. She said with her second child she was in full maternity clothes by 9 weeks.
It depends on your body type too. Your stomach muscles are weaker this time around so you will show earlier.
I had the same pains and my doctor told me it was round ligament pain from my body getting ready to be stretched out again. He said that as long as there was no spotting or bleeding, it was okay. I would call my doctor. It would make you feel better to know from him/her. Congratulations and good luck!

I am almost 6 weeks pregnant with number 3 and have been in maternity clothes for a weeks now. i am showing, sometimes even more so than other times. Its normal. And I am kinda a small girl. I was in a size 5-7 before and I wore a pair of pants Sunday that were a 13. Its just your baby, be proud and flaunt it. Best of luck to you and your baby.

I started showing too when I was 8 weeks but I was huge by the time I was due. Good luck.

Its perfectly normal for this pregnancy for you to be showing, epsecially since its your second.
The pains are normal too, so is the fatigue. be sure to rest before you get pooped, your just slower than normal right now. And drink water like a fish. You need it.

They say you show more with your second child...but I know I was just bloated all through the first months of pregnancy. I could tell I was bloated bc I was a different size in the morning than when I went to bed.

I have read that women show sooner with the second pregnancy. Everything else seems normal but call your doctor if you get concerned. That is what they are there for.

This is my third and I started showing almost immediately as well. I have shown earlier and earlier each pregnancy. I have also been bigger each time.

i would go to your doctor and get checked out. tired ness is normal and so isnt back pain. but def go to ur dr. he will be able to tell you more information

after the first pregnancy, you tend to show earlier.
