I'll preface this by saying, I think it's perfectly OK if you give your babies matching names. However, have you considered giving them completely different names. I decided to do this because, despite (and even because) they are identical, I wanted to make sure they had their own, completely independent identities. So, I named them Anna and Josephine (Josie for short). The two names are very different.... just like my girls :-) Most people can't tell them apart (and even I have trouble, at first glance, sometimes), but they are two completely different people. They do have a unique connection with each other, which is wonderful, but I felt for something as personal as their name, it should be their's and their's alone....

Matching names are cute when they are babies. These girls have to grow up and have their own identities. If you want to have matching names, let it be their middle names. Every set of twins I know, about 6 sets, have commented at some point that they are happy there names don't match.

a million) i think of Talia is the prettiest of the techniques, besides the very undeniable fact that I additionally think of that Aviva is going greater suited with Noam and Yael. 2) i think of Hayden could superb greater healthful the Taylor-Riley sibset. different techniques: Landon, Logan, Quinn * If I had twin boys, i could attempt to maintain their names interior the comparable form, yet i would not pass too matchy. often times i think of it particularly is cool to combination types and pair a fashionable call with a greater trouble-unfastened call, besides the very undeniable fact that i would not evaluate utilising a great classic call (Robert) and a great famous/unisex call (Addison) on boy twins. as an occasion, 2 of my famous boy names are Brooks and Cole, that are of categories yet comparable adequate to sound as though they are twin/sibling names. yet another cool combination - i think of - is Reid and Hudson, with Reid being greater contemporary and Hudson being greater classic yet no longer great trouble-unfastened. 3) because Emma and McKenzie are quite trouble-unfastened names, yet in all possibility weren't in the process the 90s whilst Emma and McKenzie have been born, i could in all possibility pass with a sibling call that seems to be following the comparable trend. for my area, Rowan is going superb with Emma and McKenzie and is far less trouble-unfastened than something of the names. Nathan and Ethan are so overused that they've lost their shine (form of like Emily and Michael) and Caden and Brandon (or Brayden) are starting to be the recent Jennifer and Jason of the early 2000s. I actual think of Rowan suits the sibset superb. BQ: Harper Elizabeth - akin to the old South, plantation circumstances... jogs my memory of long gone With the Wind Jude Elijah - very Christian, very Biblical. Dylan Brody - the two names that are great famous suitable now.

I went to school with twin sisters named Serena & Selena.
Samantha & Pamela (Sam & Pam)
Dena & Darla

Maybe you should just pick individual names for the twins. What seems cute as babies might be a real pain for teenagers.

Good luck, whatever you decide.

Hello,

My twin girls are named Abby and Emma.

Never been a big fan of matching names. Remember, your twins are individuals and should be treated as such.

Are your twins identical or fraternal? Mine are fraternal, but look a lot alike.

Hope this helps you................ : - O
