We talk to Time Warner Cable Customer service from time to time about the computer hook up, etc. They are helpful. We live in USA and are amazed that help comes from all over the world. The last time was Canada.

I avoid them whenever I can!!! It infuriates me to call American companies and then have to talk to a customer service rep that can't speak English clearly!!! GRRRRR!! I don't care what nationality they are -- I want to speak with someone that speaks English clearly -- a slight accent doesn't bother me, but when someone is obviously reading from a script and can't pronounce the words right.
Oh my....I need to calm down now. This is why I try to figure out problems on my own. =)
