I would start Isaac Bruce at home, and Cotchery by default (Booker is hurt, Stallworth is on the road in a tough environment and did not produce last week, and no Bears starter is a good start right now with them having home field advantage, coming from a Bears fan, Lovie PLEASE rest those starters)
As for Quarterback, Vince Young is on the road (in a cold environment) against a pretty decent defense, Phillip Rivers after his last game, it would be surprising if Marty let's him throw much on the road at Seattle.
Eli is at home, playing a must win game. At this point in his career you have to hope he can step up if only a little. Go with Manning at QB.

Donte Stallworth, Cowboys have weak safeties. Can beat them deep.
Roy Williams has been very consistent and is Kitna's favorite target. Since Detroit is usually behind they have the throw the ball a bunch.
Vince Young is getting fantasy points. He had a bad game last week, but usually doesn't have two bad games in a row. Good luck.

For WR's pickup Stallworth and Berrian (go to guys), and for QB go with Rivers. (he's a recommended starter).
