I can answer only for millsberry and tell you that there are no cheats. And that answer came to me from a person who talks regularly with the millsberry.com developers and managers.

for club penguin click on the shield thingy on the top right and then click on the shield on the window that pops up. answer the quiz as nicely as u can, wait 10 mins and then log out. log back in and see if u have the spy phone. if u dont, keep logging out and in.
