Do your hazard lights flash? If so, then you've probably just have a flasher for your turn signals gone bad. It should located not far from fuse panel.

there is a little silver box either plugged into your fuse box or somewhere under the dash that's called a flasher. it is what makes your turn signals go on and off. you need to find that and replace it. that should do the trick. look in your owners manual for the location.
