Hmm, you're lacking a whole load of specifics here, but lets try it anyway.

First off, look at your CD drive, if it's a tray loader (cd tray pops out) then it may have various logos on it. If none of these say "compact disc rewritable" then you'll need to buy an external cd writer, because you don't have one.

Now that you have a CD writer, if you're in windows XP or on Mac OSX, it should be as simple as, plop the CD in and wait a bit. A box should appear aasking what you want to do with the blank CD you put in. Click something along the lines of "open writable cd". Whatever the choice it'll probably be the first option.

Once you've done this you'll have a window into which you can drag and drop any files up to 700MB (4.5GB if it's a DVD). There'll then be an option on the left in windows and up top on OSX to write or burn to the disc. Now you have one written to disc.

That's assuming all is normal. If you've been fiddling with settings or installing CD burner software, you may find things change a little. Also, all this is from memory, being that I use linux on my main machine. If you use linux then we need a whole load more information.

Your computer should have a program like Real Player or Windows Media Player. You can burn cds using that. You basically put the cd in your computer, and then pick the songs you wanna burn. After you do that you just hit burn. It's easy.

You would have to ensure that you have a CD-RW drive first. If you do, then install software, media player or itunes (you can get this free online) Once installed, go to the top left corner, file, then add media to library.

Then select the songs you wish into a playlist, backclick on the playlist and then click 'burn'
Et voila!
Hope this helps,
