a letter recieved today from the prize company states winner by calling the premium phone number. does anyane know of this said company or had dealings so that we can be advised thanks

Unless you entered a contest with these people, it's pretty certainly bogus. And legitimate organizations don't require you to pay out money in order to get a prize you've won.

WATCH THAT PHONE NUMBER...YOU COULD BE CHARGED A PILE OF MONEY JUST FOR CALLING IT...YOUR PROBABLY BETTER OFF TO ROUND FILE IT IN THE WASTE BASKET...

weather its a scam or not it wouldnt be worth their while if u got > the cost of the call.
