Well, I used to teach people how to apply makeup, so I maybe should know . . . but really it is up to you. Practice makes perfect, try it a couple different ways and make note of how you feel when you see yourself in the mirror that day. I would recommmend that wherever you apply it that you stay two fingerwidths away from your nose. Getting any closer draws attention to your nose, and I don't know many women who want to bring out that feature! No offense! I like my nose, I just don't want everyone staring at it all day! Stay with a color that would be a natural color for your face when you blush on your own.

Good Luck!

Blush should be applied on the apples of your cheeks if its a rosy colour. This will give you a naturally flushed look to your face. But if you want to define cheek bones, use it under your cheekbones with a darker more bronze shade than pink. It'll give a nice but subtle look of really high defined cheekbones!

On the apples is too 50's, under the cheekbone is too 80's. Try no blush - if you must use blush, go for a bronzer and hit the high points.

apples-that gives u a healthy natural glow.

under the cheekbones gives u more of a hollow look and u can sometimes come out looking like a dawn of the dead cast member (my dads secretary used to use blush like that and it was kinda scary)

it goes on the apples of your cheeks

if you put it under your cheek bones it makes your face look sunken.
and that is not attractive. plus sunken cheekbones is for crackheads
