Should you apply concealer over or under foundation?

concealer should be applied over your foundation.
first, apply your foundation, and whatever area needs the extra coverage, that's where the concealer goes. and remember to pat it on, don't rub it.
when you put concealer on first, it kind of defeats the whole purpose. concealer will just get blended completely away when foundation is applied over it, so it just makes better sense to apply it after foundation.

Applying concealer underneath foundation is a common misconception. You should apply it over, because that way you only apply the stronger/more condensed product in the areas that really need it. :)

I do a little of both if i have a blemish. Put a tiny bit to cover it then put on foundation then a little more concealer. If for normal use i put it on after foundation

neither because it just block up the pores and then what ever you want to hide e.g a spot will be there fore longer just put a little foundation on in order to give your self a healthy glowing complexion

You should apply it under. You can lightly dut the spot that you have used concealere on with powder. This will seal it.

put it on underneath the foundation... it tends to look cakey if you put to much concealer on overtop
