Yeah, actually you can go to any western union to get your money changed. But don't be fooled. I personally know the Jordanian Dollar is like more than the American Dollar. And that a US Dollar will get you 70 kirsh in Jordan. I believe the US DOLLAR IS way more in Egypt.

yes, there are plenty of banks that will exchange cash, travellers cheques and also cash machines that take international cards.

If you are on a cruise double check for any extras you may need onboard. Sometimes you have to pay extra for food or entertainment depending on the package.

YES. many exchange rate offices in Egypt and when you reach Aqaba Gulf in Jordan you are going to find many places downtown.
