I think I ate some bad food last night and I threw up a lot of stuff out at 1a.m/ and then I felt really cold and shivery. Then again at 4a.m I felt slightly dizzy so I couldn't sleep and I felt another throw up again and I did but the second time it was just like water throw up cause I drank some water after the first throw up. Is there any medicine I can buy for that kind of situation if there is a next time?
I still feel a little nauseous and it has been 7 hrs after the throw ups. Will I throw up again if I try to drink or eat something?

Water isn't the best thing, but of course, its not the worst thing either. Gatorade or some weakened juice is a better drink to get you back up to speed and keep you hydrated. 7-up with crackers is a good too.
Also, you probably became ill from a stomach virus or minor food poisoning, so taking otc meds, or any other meds isn't going to make much difference.

gatorade helps aid against dehydration, but it sounds like food poisoning. Let it run its course, and sleep, your body knows what to do and after that, try some chicken broth to coat your stomach along with gatorade and a saltine or two, this will build energy slowly instead of shocking it to health. Just relax and stay close to the toilet. good luck

A sports drink/electrolyte drink can really help. Just sip on it slowly, taking a little at a time. It can help to soothe your stomach and help you to feel better.

Hope you're better soon.

For food poisoning, I wouldn't take anything at all. I wouldn't even be out of bed to Y!A. When my bf got food poisoning, he didn't eat for 1.5 days. Start with sodium crackers, and juice.

Try eating some cantalope. The acid in it is really similar to your stomach acid, so you shouldn't have any trouble digesting it or keeping it down.

Gingerale with natural ginger is a better choice than regular soda.

Have you checked to see if you are running a fever. You could have the flu. It's going around.
