It's funny that I just saw this question. I called my husband about an hour ago and told him that I'm REALLY craving something sour. I really want some sour candy but anything sour would be good. We started talking about the possibility of being pregnant and he asked if it was possible to have symptoms even if you aren't (due to thinking you may be). So, for the last hour I've really been thinking a lot about that. It's too soon to know yet if I am but if I'm not pregnant than I know for a fact the answer to your question would definitely be YES.

I know in the past when I was not trying to conceive and was worried that I was pregnant, I would feel nauseated and my breast would be sore. I never was pregnant those times so I concluded that the nausea was from my nerves and breast soreness was probably due to my soon-to-be-approaching period...which finally showed up once I stopped stressing out so much.

The mind is very strong and can "talk" your body into feeling a number of "false" symptoms. You can easily think yourself sick, tired, hungry, and I would even imagine "pregnant" (not physically pregnant, just some of the possible symptoms).

i tried for months before i got pregnant and i will say yes! the more anxious you are about it the more your body will play tricks on you. i dont know about everyone but its best to try and relax if trying to get pregnant b/c every month i thought i was pregnant b/c of this or that and i was always dissapointed. but when i finally found out i was i was never happier!...soo.good luck if you are trying and try to stay calm.. your body wont play as many tricks on you..
