Is the XBOX 360 better than a PS3? cause i just bought one and I wanted to Know Will I get the ring of Death?

I personally think the 360 is better than the PS3 just because of the early start it had and was able to begin to build its library with some quality games. Lets face it which is better always boils down to the games and their entertainment value. But the PlayStation name still has a large following so it wont be left in the dust. Only time will tell whether the PS3s power will enable its games to surpass the quality of the 360s games. But one major problem with this is the amount of work that needs to go into a games development in this new generation makes it harder for multiplatform games to show much difference between systems so it will be the first party games that will be the realy be the judge of which is better. Who knows maybe the Wii will do better than both because of the Wii-mote.

And don't worry about the ring of death that problem was really only an issue with the early systems (most systems realeased during and around the launch have problems) so don't worry about it.

lol the million dollar question, firstly it is the "Screen of death" this only occurs if the 360 encounters a major error and apparently the percentage chance on this was like under 5%. SPECS oh yes specs, these are gold to computer hardware companys because they produce them and all the casual people who dont kno anything about computer systems just look at them and go "oo tht ones bigger then tht, it must be better" this is a huge lie, both the sony and microsoft have been playing number games with the majority of people. If you read up on any decent review u will find people who understand these numbers and fully justify wt they mean, i'll just sum it up. CPU - PS3 oh boy a cell core, this is a beast, its powerful and fast, however at the moment in time there has been very little evidence to suggest tht any1 has been able to harness this power. unlike its counterpart the 360, this has 3 duel processors, now at the moment it is mch easier for game developers to harness the power of the 360 engine then the PS3. GPU - many believe tht the PS3 has alot better graphics then the 360, however these people have been encaptured by the number game. BOTH GPUs are v powerful but its the way the 360 has put their together tht is amazing, the architecture. this allows the 360 to chug out simply better graphics then the PS3. Gamespot has released a review tht allows u to see in detail the differance between the same game on a PS3 as an 360, they annouced they found the 360 had better graphics for the majority. Online support, ATM 360 is powning the PS3 online, xbox live is incredible, it has many features and is accesible instantly, on the other hand PS3 online support is not so gr8, and if the PS2 online support was anything to go on, i see no reason for this too change. DISKS - this is pretty much wt it boils down too. PS3 has BLU ray, for people hu dont kno a normal DVD disc holds 9GB of storage and a BLU ray about 54GB. this is a huge differance, however at the moment games are nowhere near needing more then 9GB of storage to make a game, so i do not see BLU ray becoming amazing untill gamedeveloppers become more creative. there are some companys hu claim to of used up an entire BLU ray disc but i severly doubt this.

so in conclusion i would say the PS3 is the slightly better console because of its BLU ray, However i think we should be seeing some pretty awesome 360 games coming out in 2007, since gamedeveloppers are just beginning to be able to take control of the 360 power (E.g Gears of War). however when they start to tap in the power of PS3 this will be immense, but i dont see this happening for a good few years, untill then they will be pretty much identical in every aspect.

There are many, many reasons you should get PS3 or Xbox 360. What the Ring of Death is, I don't know. But, the PS3 has some advantages: it has better graphics and better games. Xbox 360 is only good because there are more games, better graphics than the Xbox and it's been around, so, it shouldn't have any bugs. PS3 might, so I'm not sure. Xbox 360 is cheaper.

For now, I think the XBOX 360 is better than the PS3. Statistically, people are buying XBOX 360 because of "Gears Of War". (I was one of them!) And also, not many games are out for the PS3.

I think PS3 or PSP is best console,cuz u can take ur psp where u whanna and u can playit very long in bus,car,train,aiplane...
But if u have any better game or idea why XBOX #^) can be better then this console's OK ! Stay cool !
