My driving instructor always said the most important thing was a high fibre breakfast, but I think he had bowel issues.
Honestly, as people have said, your best bet is practicing until you can do it easily. that said, some people just get exam nerves. Another thing my driving instructor used to say is that if your exam nerves are that bad, go to your GP and get him to prescribe some beta blockers. It may not sound like the ideal solutiong, but if it's the exam itself that's making you fail and not your driving ability, then it may be worth a look into. Your GP can tell you more about the risks.
The important thing with driving tests is thatb you're better off failing at least once. Most people I know who passed first time got into an accident within six months.

i think you should be confident and do everything more careful than you usually do, for example when they ask you to change to the left lane make sure not only to look on the rear and side mirror but also turn your head over your shoulder, no matter the steet where they take you is empty.
When they ask you to do the overlane parking do not forget to put the parking break and when you are leaving to the road again, signal and turn your head to make sure nobody is coming.
The same with the three point turn!
good luck
and don't eat or drink a lot because the nerves can give you a bad move, if you know what i mean!

I just took my drivers test yesterday and oh man was I nervous! When we got in the car, the instructor was telling jokes, and stuff and that helped ease my nerves. Also, try not to think about it, that helped me a lot.
Good luck! You'll do fine.
