Help with itunes!!!?

Question

I 've tried to get itunes downloaded to my computer, but it won't! I've checked out the help part of the website, but what it says to do isn't working! I have an ipod, and an ipod gift card, but I have no way of using either! I've gotten the newest version downloaded, but it always says there is an error connecting to the music store. It says to make sure I'm connected to the internet, but I know I am otherwise I wouldn't be able to ask this quesion!!! Please help me!!!

is ur itunes working fine? are u able to connect ur ipod to the ituens? double check the internet connectione. let me know if u need more help
