A pacifier on an inexpensive chain necklace?
Or some Hubba Bubba bubble gum (for blowing bubbles) and a jar of magic bubble (for making bubbles) and some sidewalk chalk -- a perennial favorite of kids everywhere!

Get a handheld mirror, take out the mirror, and replace it with a picture of her she really likes. ( or just cover it with the picture) Every time she looks at "herself" she'll look young! Buy her some jellybeans or her favorite candy, put them in a container you made, and call em Anti-Aging pills. If all else fails, tell her (sincerely) everytime you see her how young she looks !
