It means you have an opinion- and too strong of one- leaning you in a certain direction.
Perhaps you are a huge fan of a certain manufacturer and if you are "biased" you might charge more than their true value. Instead you are charging your own personal perceived value. Maybe they disagree with you.
Unfortunately it appears they don't have a very mature way of telling you. Ask them why they say that- they must have a reason.

you tend to show your likes for one model or brand more than the rest. Like "this one here is the best one we have", but maybe it isn't really...You could also say it is favoritism...
