A Willow or Cypress Tree is good for water logged areas. As far as Grasses maybe a blue fescue.

Cypress trees grow well in that kind of environment. Don't know about the grass though! Good luck!

Several types of Magnolias do very well in wet soil. Also there are many types of iris that will do well in boggy spots. Also, if you plant Hostas "high",their crown above the water level, they get quite large in water-logged soil. Good Luck! I have the same problem.
