I cant take my prenatals anymore and i cant drink milk (allergic) im wondering if there is a safe supplement I can take. im 31 weeks pregnant

Calcium Sandoz. You can take it. But instead of taking tablets you can take foods which contains lot of calcium, protien, and vitamin and iron.

There are these ones my grandma would take because she can't drink milk, they are chocolate and other flavors, they come in a purple box. I can't remember what it's called.

Vi-active, it tastes good too!! It comes in a purple box and is like chocolate flavored and things like that

believe it or not TUMS is an excellent source of calcium and my ob recommended chewing one or two a day to add calcium to my diet.

i couldnt take my prenatals either, i take the flintstone vitamins, they work the same

i heared that olive oil is full of it...
and also u may make a chicken soup...
