Technically: Duck Billed Platipode is probably correct.

For common usage, any of the following are correct plurals for "platypus":

Platypuses
Platypusses
Platypi
Platipode
Platypus (no change from singular)

There's no agreed-upon plural; the answer differs from source to source. Platypi is probably the least accepted -- and the Australian Platypus Conservance says "platypi is no longer valid, at least suggesting that it once was. But a few pretty believable (scientific) sources say "platypode" is the technically correct plural form.

I looked up "Duck-billed" Platypus and found this on
Wikipedia at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Platypus

There is no universally agreed upon plural of "platypus" in the English language. Scientists generally use "platypuses", "platypoda", or simply "platypus". Colloquially, "platypi" is also used for the plural, although this is pseudo-Latin.[2] Early British settlers called it by many names, such as watermole, duckbill, and duckmole.[2] The name platypus is often prefixed with the adjective "duck-billed" to form duck-billed platypus, despite there being only one species of platypus.
