You can't, unless you needed it for special purposes, like charity or other non-profit organizations. Anything that sounds too good to be true usually is. The good news is that you can buy a laptop for 500-600 dollars or even less if you want to buy it used (ebay!). Make small payments on it every month if money is the issue.

you can't, but you can get them at walmart for around $300 I belive. never buy one used, you never know how it's been abused.
