A lot of cities in the bay area have vans that go to and from hotels to SFO, I think you can call the airport and they will put you in touch with the correct people. I have done this from Sta Rosa to SFO on a few occasions.

This is probably the most convenient and inexpensive way to go.

From Mountain View, about 70 bucks. Get a van to take you - look in the Yellow Pages and you ought to get that for half the price.

For a Taxi? Count on 40 bucks (give or take depending on traffic).

TOO MUCH!!!! I would caltrans it up if possible, hitch a ride or get rates from SuperShuttle.
