Where do you get that the CIA created Al-Quida? Do you want to get into the roots of this all. Yes we helped Bin Laden in the Afghan War against the Soviet Union. That doesn't mean that the CIA created anything. It means that we helped provide power to the man. We didn't create his organization though.
