How "baby" is this baby mouse?
If it's at the wriggling pink eraser stage, forget about it. It's going to die.
If you still want to try feeding it, get some goat's milk, formula (ask at the pet store which formula is the best bet) or, as a last resort, cow's milk. Warm the milk to body temperature, and sop some up with a cotton ball that's twisted into a point at one end. Try to get the mouse to suck on the point, and keep the cotton ball filled, but not dripping, with milk. Feed him as often as you can manage and keep him warm, about ninety-eight degrees, between feedings. Let him nest in some good insulation like cotton fluff and a piece of mylar space blanket.
If it's an older mouse, but still growing, you could feed it as you would an adult mouse, but give it some powdered milk or maybe cheese on the side. Whole wheat bread with no sugar added would probably be a good diet. So would unbuttered popcorn or popcorn kernels, rolled oats, wheat from the feed store, and maybe hay. I don't know mice. Cheese should be an occasional treat, and not a diet staple.

You want to feed it milk from a baby bottle. Then as it grows up, try feeding it scraps of peelings and seeds. Only give it cheese if you want to. It likes other stuff to! Always have a supply of water near by in there cage. Just like a dog, give it a bath once a week and don't over bathe it.

Assuming it's old enough to be weaned and seperated from it's mother, the mouse should be eating the same diet as any other mouse.

If it's been weaned (it no longer drinks its mother's milk) then you should give it seeds, nuts, etc. Don't give it too much cheese. It isn't healthy, and it could make it sick. Give it something that will help it's teeth to develope better, like peanuts in the shell and sunflower seeds. Hope this helps!
