how can you send an dynamic email to someone?

are there any tips on html , or programs you can use to send a better looking email.
i dont want to attach the graphics, i want them to be inside the email as soon as you open it, just like you see on emails from staples etc.
please help. thanks

Use microsoft outlook to create and send the email.

For security reasons, I have HTML email turned off on my computer. To make your email readable in both cases, that is they can receive HTML emails, or if they have it turned off, change your options in your email program to send your emails in both plain text and HTML. This will ensure your email is readable no matter how their email program is set up.
