~☆As already mentioned, NONE are really REQUIRED.
I answered your other Q about this too:
(copy & paste)

♡There are NO Required Vaccinations needed if you travel to Japan.
When I came to Japan, I didn't get any special vaccinations and I had no problem. (American living in Japan.)
~☆But perhaps you should be up to date on all routine immunizations. (Just a good idea.)
You can read more about it here:

Hope this helps!
Have a great time here in Japan!♡

None. There are no requirements/restrictions for vaccinations etc.

And you can drink the tap water.

Take a look at the Canadian Government's Travel website for East Asia which lists that there are no requirements for Japan (there are for other tropical regions in Asia), but offers general suggestions for shots (hepatitis, rabies, etc.)

if you go on exchange or with some organization you will most likely have to get a bunch of health checks and some shots. It depends on who you go with, eg. which ones you need. If you are just going for a holiday, you wont need any, it will be fine.

Not that I really know of. There is a relatively common sickness called Japanese diphtheria (or something spelled like that) that non-Japanese individuals have not received immunization shots to, so its worth a try to ask for that. Apart from that, I really don't know...

I don't really know for sure, but all you need to do is call your local health department, and they will be able to tell you which shots you need and where to get them.
