Hmmm......I would say...Britney Spears. She broke a family apart, married the loser, got pregnant TWICE, reckless with her children, divorced the father of her sons which has now probably caused psychological trauma to them as well as being dropped, bruised on the head, etc. Now she is parting too much and leaving her children in the care of strangers while she is messing around. Very, very bad. Much more than a flake, she's a disgrace!

I think Paris Hilton is flakier than a Crisico pie crust. She has no clue about the world around her. She thinks Wal-mart is a store where you go to buy walls, makes films that would shame anyones family, puts out an album and calls herself a singer, hangs out with other flakes that do drugs and drink because they are so unhappy with their fortunate and fame, she wants to be famous so bad and will make head lines to help her career but, really it makes her look like a tramp and puts her family at shame.
Anyone who hangs out with Paris is a attention seeking tart, who is so unhappy with their life. Need I say more.
